-Redemption starts from 26 June 12 to 13 July 12.
-Kindly present the original redemption voucher at Resorts World Festive Grand to exchange redemption voucher for show admission tickets. The redemption voucher will be subjected to verification at time of presentation.
-Redemption of vouchers and collection of tickets between 12.30pm – 7.00pm at Resorts World Festive Grand at least 1 hour prior to show time.
-Schedule of shows : 8 pm - Monday , Thursday and Friday , 4pm & 8pm - Saturday and Sunday . ( No show on Tuesday and Wednesday )
-Unlimited vouchers per person. Buy multiply as gifts!
- Each redemption voucher is redeemable only for shows between the period of 26 June 12 to 13 July 12 (no show on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Requests for other show periods will not be entertained.
-Where a requested show date is fully booked,Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to offer alternative show dates.
-Each redemption voucher is redeemable only for Category 2 seats, and is not entitled to any seat upgrades.
-No admission for infants in arms and children aged below 2 years old. Free admission for children aged 2 to 3 years old (One child per adult). Children aged 4 years old and above must purchase tickets for admission.
-Seat allocation will be at the sole discretion of RWS, based on the best available seat and allocated on a first-come basis.
-To avoid disappointment, please redeem vouchers early.
-Only the original redemption voucher is accepted.
-Redemption vouchers are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
-Redemption vouchers are neither replaceable nor refundable whether in whole or in part.
-Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right not to accept any redemption voucher that have or appear to have been forged, damaged defaced or otherwise tampered.
-Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to reject acceptance of redemption vouchers due to capacity constraints.
-Resorts World Sentosa will not accept responsibility for claims, demand, losses, costs or expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever in relation to redemption vouchers.
-Resorts World Sentosa reserves the right to amend or add to the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
