What is ShiokDeal?
Each day, ShiokDeal features an unbeatable deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in Singapore. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we get discounts you won't find anywhere else. We call it "collective buying power!"
Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?
No, you are not required to promote the deal to be eligible for discount. But the real fun is enjoying those experiences with your friends. So you'll probably want to invite people anyway,
I like today's deal - how do I get it?
Just click "BUY" before the offer ends. If the minimum number of people sign up, we'll charge your card and send you a link to print your voucher. If not enough people join, no one gets it (and you won't be charged), so invite your friends to make sure you get the deal!
What happens if the ShiokDeal doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?
If not enough people sign up, then the deal is canceled, and you won't be charged. Better luck next time! So if you really want the ShiokDeal, be sure to either beg or threaten your friends:P
Is there an expiry date for the ShiokDeal that I have bought?
Many ShiokDeals have an expiration date; all the details will be clearly indicated on the deal as well as the voucher.
I bought a ShiokDeal - how do I use it?
Once you're charged, you'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print your ShiokDeal. The ShiokDeal has redemption instructions and a map right on it!
Can I buy a ShiokDeal as a gift for someone else?
Yes. We communicate with all the businesses that we work with that ShiokDeals can be gifted, and unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gift away! To have us send them the gift, select the gift option at checkout.
If I don't use the full value of the ShiokDeal in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use. Bring a friend - share a little!
Can I combine my ShiokDeal with other offers or specials?
No, not unless the ShiokDeal specifically states otherwise.
I don't want to miss the deal. How do I get it?
On ShiokDeal.com, deals are time sensitive and require a minimum number of people to sign up. Click on “Buy” before the deal ends and go through the quick and secure payment process. Your deal is only activated if enough people sign up, so share the love with your friends!
Am I billed as soon as I join a ShiokDeal?
No - you are only charged if the ShiokDeal reaches the required minimum.
Is ShiokDeal safe?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. At no timeis your credit card information stored on our servers.
What if the business for my ShiokDeal closes down?If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your ShiokDeal, we'll make sure you get your money back.
How can I get my business on ShiokDeal?

I just sent a referral to my friend - now what?
If your friend makes their first ShiokDeal purchase, within 72 hours from the time they click on the referral link you send them, we'll send you an email to tell you that you have been rewarded.
Can I refer as many people as I want?
Yes!
I received referral codes from three people - do they all get rewarded?
No, only the last code you click on before making your first purchase will generate a reward for the person who sent it to you. Which friend do you like best?
Why do you only feature one deal a day? I want more ShiokDeals!
When you're looking for stuff to do, choice can be overwhelming. We focus on one great thing each day and offer it at an unbeatable price to make things simple for you. Hang out with ShiokDeal for a week, and you'll find something that's impossible to refuse. HAving said that if we identify certain deals that are truly amazing, you might see more than one deals displayed on the same day.

Payment FAQ
Payment Methods?
Paypal and Credit Cards:
We accept Paypal Payment and all credit cards payment supported by Paypal. You can click on Buy and proceed with the instructions.
Bank Transfer:
- Click on "Buy" button on homepage.
- Fill up necessary details and click on "Confirm" button.
- Make payment through bank transfer to the following bank accounts,

- Our admin will activate your order upon receipt of payment. You might also send us an email payment@shiokdeal.com with your ShiokDeal User Name to expedite the process of verification.
Are there any hidden charges or commitments?
Not at all. We will clearly show you all the costs upfront before you buy, and there are no further commitments.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No,if you don’t have a PayPal account you will be given the option to use your credit card. Bottom line is that a PayPal account is not necessary.
Can I change or Cancel my Purchase?
Please note that you can cancel your purchase and request for refund by emailing us at customercare@shiokdeal.com. there will be an administrative fee of 10% of coupon value or SGD$2(whichever is higher) to issue a refund. However if you want to avoid the administrative charges, you can opt for your refund in shiokdeal Credits.
What if I have forgotten to redeem the Coupons?
Please ensure that you utilize youe vouchers within the validity period. We will not be able to issue any refunds or credits, once the voucher has expired.
Why do I see additional $1 charged on my Paypal account?
For security concern, sometimes paypal might temporarily freeze $1 for the verification of your credit card, this money will be eventually refunded to your account within 1-2 weeks.
What happens if the merchant ceases operations before I am able to redeem the voucher?
If the merchant were to cease its operation before you are able to redeem the voucher, we will issue you a FULL refund of the voucher/s that you have purchased. You can rely on shiokdeal.com to provide you with full customer support if such a situation arises.
Apart from the above tips, please take note of these additional guidelines, it will make your shiokdeal experience even more fantastic
- Every deal has its terms and conditions. These are set by our merchants as this is information you will definitely need to know. Go through them in detail before your purchase – you wouldn’t want a “surprise”!
- All travel deals exclude fuel and surcharges and airport tax. These are variables that fluctuate and as such we do not want to overcharge you in case the prices drop. Remember to check with the airlines/merchants/ferry operators on the taxes imposed by them as shiokdeal.com is not privy to this dynamic information.
- All deals come with a definite validity period. Through the T&Cs, you will be informed of this. Deals are generally non-extendable beyond the expiry date unless otherwise stated. So before you make plans to use our Voucher for your upcoming vacation in 2 months’ time, please make sure it’s valid till then!
- Our merchants and customer service team are always pleased to assist you and it would really help everyone involved if you are savvy with the details of the deal. Almost half of the queries our merchants receive pertain to information that can be obtained from the T&C of a deal. We want all our customers to be happy and well-informed before making a purchase, so remember to check out the beautiful pictures and details with your friends!
- Say you have a unique situation on your hand at you’re looking at one of our irresistible deals,remember that you’d want your situation addressed before your purchase. Be sure to contact our merchants with regards to your special situation before purchasing the deal. All the information we know is provided online. We can check with the merchants for your specific queries but that might take longer than if you call them up on your own.
